James Parker
I am a founding Director of Ntrinsic and over the past 15 years I have developed an exemplary reputation within the global independent Oracle (EBS) community. When not helping clients to identify the very best consultants in the Oracle EBS market place, I can either be found in the “domestic bosom” of my young family or playing an active role in Brussels Barbarians Rugby Club. I speak English, Dutch and French.

Gavin Johnston
I spent the first 15 years of my working life in Operations looking at quality improvement and doing project management. For 7 years now I have been helping Ntrinsic place the best Oracle E-Business Suite freelancers on assignment. I have specialised in the French speaking market as I speak this language fluently. Out of working hours I like to spend time with my family and friends. My main hobbies are motorsports and skiing.

Mathieu Soudier
After previous experiences in sales in the advertising and banking industries, I joined Ntrinsic in 2005 to actively participate in the growth of our business specifically in the French speaking market.
5 years later Ntrinsic Consulting is household name on the French Oracle E-Business Suite market. Clients recognize our skills in selecting the right resources in a timely manner and contractors our ability to represent them on the most interesting Oracle EBS projects.
In my private time I am an enthusiastic foodie and wine aficionado which I balance with a healthy interest in sports, certainly when other people are practicing it.

David Fitzgerald
After having graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Mathematics, I decided that a career in recruitment was the next logical step!
Having been with Ntrinsic for over 4 years, it is my aim to further develop the company’s footprint in the Oracle Applications marketplace by continuing to build strong professional relationships with clients and consultants alike by providing a first class service to both.
In my spare time, I try to keep fit whilst coaching local expat football team, British United.

Kieran Kelly
I have lived in Brussels for the best part of fifteen years and been active in the Belgian freelance market for nearly all of this time. Consequently I have been able to build a solid base of loyal contractors and clients as I can meet them regularly and ensure that the service I am providing is adding real value.
In addition to English I speak French and also have a smattering of Dutch and Portuguese. I am almost certainly Hereford United’s most far flung supporter!.

Nils Ral
I joined Ntrinsic at the start of 2012. Since I was raised in Dutch and French, I can use my languages to provide a valuable service in the Belgian freelance market.
Before Ntrinsic, I was a Sociology student at the VUB, when I decided to turn my hobby, poker, into my job. A fun adventure, but after 5 years, I decided I wanted a new challenge and I feel lucky to have found Ntrinsic almost immediately. I am part of a team in an atmosphere that is professional yet relaxed and it's a great opportunity to create long lasting relationships with contractors and clients alike.

Ken Knuts
I work in the Brussels office and cover a number of administrative requirements across our Belgian and UK businesses. As a passionate member of the Brussels Barbarians rugby club and social creature, I find myself perfectly at home in the ‘work hard, play hard’ atmosphere that is part of our company culture. Originally from the green pastures of Limburg and now relocated to the multicultural mix that is Brussels, I bring the Belgian touch to the team.

Mark Foxwell
I am one of the founder-directors of Ntrinsic. After graduation with a degree in Psychology, I have gained over twenty five years of experience in IT recruitment. Twenty of these have been in the Oracle space,
I have lived and worked across Europe, but now live in Sussex with my family and walk regularly on the South Downs. Pastimes include rock drumming, wine tasting and driving old Mercedes cars to various locations and events.

Bruce Henderson
I have spent the majority of my Career in and around the Recruitment Industry and specifically around IT Applications, Solutions and Disaster Recovery.
Originally trained in Recruitment with Austin Benn/Corporate Services Group, I have developed a vast knowledge of the Recruitment Process both on Contract and Permanent sides of the Business.
Away from work I am mostly to be found on two wheels. I ride motorcycles on track and also on and off road. I am an avid Moto GP fan and also follow the World and British Superbike Series.
Living in, and enjoying life in Brighton, I am a family man with a young son who keeps me on my toes.

Keith Reilly
After more than twenty years in IT and IT recruitment I helped found Ntrinsic back in 2003/4, and I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved and in particular, of the positive reputation we have established.
I am hoping that in my new role of Non-Executive Chairman, I will be able to help the board build further on this success.
I am a long term Spurs supporter; the first game I went to was in 1956, and I’m looking forward (still) to the glory years returning to White Hart Lane (or wherever we end up playing).

Julie McCarthy
With a background in IT and accounting systems training, I was asked by Ntrinsic to ‘help out with a bit of admin’ 6 years ago! I am now involved in all aspects of the Back Office function and enjoy the daily spinning of plates to ensure efficient support to the Sales team. I am an avid amateur dramatics fan (this always helps when dealing with the Sales team!) and run a children’s Drama Club whilst also studying for a Theatre Studies degree.

Pauline Reeves
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, I have worked in a variety of entrepreneurial, service based businesses providing commercial and finance support.
I joined Ntrinsic in September 2010, having worked in recruitment for more than 5 years. I was attracted by the energy, professionalism and dedication of the team. My aim is to be constantly looking at how Ntrinsic’s excellent reputation for service and administration to our clients and contractors can continue to improve and develop.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, cycling and skiing.
